Shipping conditions and charges:
Bahaar delivers around the world.
For Metropolitan France, we offer free shipping for orders of more than 150 euros. For the other orders, the shipping costs are 6 euros.
For other countries, we charge 15 euros for delivery costs.
Delivery time:
Bahaar delivers you under 3 to 5 days on average *, out of order. For pre-orders, please refer to the dates communicated on the product page.
* Please note that when launching new collections and period of sale, the delivery period can be extended to 5-10 days after your order confirmation. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
** Due to adverse weather conditions and/or travel restrictions, there may be delays in deliveries, but we are doing our best to maintain the specified delivery time.
Tracking your order:
Upon confirmation of processing of your order, you will automatically receive a tracking number of your order on your e-mail informed during the order
You can request a return or exchange of items purchased within 15 days.

For France, returns are entirely free. For other countries, the cost of return is your responsibility.
Bahaar will reimburse you after reception and inspection of the article. The repayment period will depend on your bank's deadlines.
